Должностные обязанности

• Processing of invoices, providing reports: monthly verification with customers and correction of reports from office supplies, taxi, office equipment maintenance, Autolacator (CTS). • Consolidated invoices processing via ePurchase: office coffee-machines, landline cost optimization provider, Mobile telecommunication, office bus, leasing company. • Monthly ACBS Purchase invoice – verification and correction of the report from ePurchase (provided by Prague Service center), quantity of mobile numbers & cars; splitting all the data by BAs. • MTS, Megafon (Mobile telecommunication) – running DB of corporate numbers, issue of new sim-cards, informing HR for updating Staff DB, accepting cards & mobile devices when employees leaving companies, distance replacement of sim-cards, switching of optimization services, monitoring of invoices correctness, negotiation with MTS in case of errors, obtaining compensation, support of stock of mobile modems & sim-cards. • Supplier work & management –processing of orders, accepting goods, follow up on shipments to regions via logistics, appendixes signing to the main contracts, in case specification has been changed, or new goods are needed. • Negotiations with suppliers, control of payments for goods delivered. • Information letters to employees about goods receipt. • Requests for goods shipment processing. - IT – equipment & peripheries - printing · office furniture, window screens - working clothes - ordering of mobile - office supplies + control on a permanent stock of the goods in limited list of AC - software - consolidated annual subscription for professional magazines & journals - periodical order of equipment for workshops & measurement equipment - loctite goods (Service devisions)

Требования к квалификации

• Experience in purchasing min 1 year, ideally in international environment, or experience of administrative support min 2-3 years • Higher education • Good analytical, communication, skills • Attention to details • Responsible • Customer needs orientation • Negotiations skills • Ability to multitask • English language knowledge - min pre-intermidiate, or readiness to learn English
